All these things I say to myself, calling out from within the wisest place of me, calling out to be heard by the quietest place in me:
Live large and conscious and awake, make wise considered decisions, think clearly and choose things and people that really mater and make a difference.
Pursue truth and authenticity and speak grounded in what you know to be how you truly see the world.
Choose fun and experience and stepping up to the edge, choose exploring and living truly alive.
Choose all of this at the same time as the chaos of human drama swirls all around you, as the maelstrom of human emotion threatens to engulf you, when nothing is perfect and everything is messy and real.
Choose to live big then, there, now, in the midst of it all, with the fuzzy edges and the unfinished business.
Say: I'm going anyway.
I'm playing anyway, I'm writing anyway, I'm helping anyway, I'm loving anyway, I'm parenting anyway, I'm being a good man anyway, I'm being a good parent brother son friend anyway.
Not later.
But now.
